    Description

    MACHINE VISE 5IN JAW WIDTH 4-1/2IN OPENING. Condition is "Used". Although there are no identifying marks on this vise, I believe it to be a Wilton, model 12390 (or its equivalent when it was manufactured). The dimensions are an exact match (jaw width, jaw opening, throat depth and total weight). The color still visible is the Wilton color. The handle and other replacement parts match the Wilton schematic.  There are two rivets in the same location where the Wilton name plate would have been placed.
    This vise was completely disassembled, cleaned, greased and reassembled. The action is smooth and sure from full open to completely closed. There are some machine marks in various locations (see photos) that do not impact the function of the vise.
