Waring's MX1200XTXP all-purpose blender can handle virtually any foodservice blending need, ranging from frozen bar drinks to soups, salsas, dressings, smoothies, and more. Its variable speed control adjusts blending speeds from 1,500 to 20,000 RPM. A pulse function provides blending power in short 30,000 RPM bursts. The Raptor copolyester jar is included standard, which has a 48-oz. capacity and is stackable for convenient storage.
