Up for auction today is a vintage original chalkware bride & groom cake topper with ring bearer's pillow.
Original set.
Vintage 1940s - 1950s
Chalkware/plaster bride & groom with white tux and dress.
Bride wearing pearls around neck and in veil
Silk type flowers and lace dress are egg-shell white. Camera takes a yellow cast/glare
2 round wired wreaths of white lily-of-the-valley silk flowers with faux pearls mixed in
Hard acrylic pierced base
Entire topper 8" tall x 8" wide
Matching ring bearer's heart pillow with satin yo-yo's and lace front
Several side-looped ribbons streaming
Back of pillow - satin
Actual heart pillow is 9" tall x 8" wide not including lace edges nor the flowing ribbons
Stored in box with tissue paper away from sunlight and dust.

CONDITION:  Topper is very clean but base and bottom edge of dress needs more cleaning. I was able to remove most of the brown coloring but did not attempt on dress. It easily cleaned on base.
Pillow in excellent condition with no stains. Streamers need ironed. No odors.
***Any yellowish glare or color is from my antique lamp and camera flash which also makes peach-pink color lighter in areas.
