VINTAGE MEGO Montgomery Ward's?? CHER, DIANA ROSS CLONE BARBIE GREEN & GOLD GOWN.  TLC gown has some spots or discoloration,  and is opened at the seam line in front of dress but shawl,cape hides it . The velcro doesnt hold as good as it probably should be replaced I'll leave that up to the new owner. Otherwise its adorable and definitely different.
