True TSSU-27-08-HC 27" Refrigerated Sandwich/Salad Prep Table
conveniently comes equipped with a removable cutting board. Made with white polyethylene, the board provides an ideal surface for cutting vegetables and preparing sandwiches. The unit also includes (8) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans for sandwich ingredients and (2) PVC-coated shelves for easy interior organization.
Durable and Well-Insulated
Built to withstand long-term use in commercial kitchens, this food prep table has a stainless steel front, top, and ends along with an aluminum finished back. A stainless steel, foam-insulated lid excels at keeping pan temperatures cold, ensuring product freshness and minimizing condensation. The lid is also easily removable and simple to clean. The refrigerator’s attractive, aluminum-lined interior is NSF approved and features a stainless steel floor with coved corners.
The table’s condensing unit can be accessed through the back of the cabinet, enabling easy maintenance. The door of this prep table is self-closing and will stay open if opened past 90°. It has an ergonomic 12" (305 mm) long recessed handle that is permanently foamed-in-place by a sheet metal interlock. And since the evaporator of this commercial refrigerator is epoxy coated, there is minimal risk of corrosion.
