    Description

    This is a listing for a Greenleaf wooden dollhouse kit - The Brookwood Kit # 8017 - House will have an assembled size (Including the deck) of 32" wide x 24" high x 18" deep and is 1:12 scale (1"=1') Kit comes to you still in what looks to be very good, complete and unbuilt  condition still in its Original Box with parts sheet and instructions. The kit looks to have all of its pre-cut wood parts sheets as well as plastic silk screened windows. Instructions shows some slight signs of age / storage wear.  Original box is in fair condition, showing some definite signs of age / storage wear. This includes edge wear, old tape residue and the box corners having been repaired with cardboard and staples to reinforce some torn corners.
