Our NEW OP STOP BA-160. Is the newest most versatile stop on the market. The Base Plate attaches to most any 6 inch vise and the Top Plate can be removed with just a twist of the locking screw. The top plate is then removed from the vise giving you full access to your machining operation without worry of hitting your stop.
OP STOP is a new modular part locating fixture that does what no other stop can do. The top is removable so it gets out of your way!
The OP STOP fits most standard six-inch vises using O.E.M. style jaws with standard .725 - .750 width,
The OP STOP is designed for your smaller, difficult to locate and multiple parts.
Just tighten the set screw or optional thumb screw opposite the part stop side and OP STOP’s trapezoidal locking system gives you a reliable, repeatable part location.
With limitless options and a removable top, OP STOP is just what your Trunnion, forth, fifth and seven axis universal milling machine needs for today’s high-speed machining.

The BA-160 comes with the Top Plate, Bottom Plate, Stop Thumb in gold, M4 set screws and Allen wrench. Replacement parts and accessories available online.
