Rare Vtg Westab 1" Black Pebble 3-Ring Binder Lined w/1958 USA Map MCM Academia

Description

Late 1950s mid-century office/school 3-ring binder by Westab, covered in the classic black pebbled, leather-look material. MPN 8611. Lined with a full-color map of the United States dated 1958, an unusual find!

Binder doesn't appear to have been heavily used and is still very serviceable, but small bubbling under the paper suggests it was stored in a humid environment at some time. Please examine all photos.
Fair-to-good vintage condition :
-- exterior has significant edge wear
-- cover has minor fade and light smudges
-- minimal bowing, although cover is not perfectly flat
-- opens & closes freely without being loose
-- stainless steel bar is securely attached; shiny, no rust
-- rings align and snap closed tightly
-- lining is vivid, no fade; soiling along edges; no writing
-- no odor
