Precision Swivel Machine Vise Base 6" ?? Used

You are looking at a used Precision Swivel Machine Vise Base.  I am not sure what vise this is for, it looks like one for a 6".  This listing is only for the base, there is no vise included in this listing.  The base is graduated in angles.  The bottom of the base is machined, it does have some rust on it as you can see in the pictures, this will not affect the use of the base.  The center pin diameter is approximately .993 - .994.  I'm not sure what brand name vise this fits for sure, I'm not sure what the brand name of this base is.
