This listing is for a Personalized wedding heart cake topper. Each cake topper is made out of 1/8th inch clear shatter-proof cast acrylic with a Metallic Gold Color vinyl design. Each heart shaped topper is approximately 5x5 inches plus the cake spike on the bottom. Each cake topper has the Metallic Gold design on the front side of the cake topper for a glassy looking front. Each cake topper is personalizable with the surname and date that you provide. By default, each cake topper will say "Mr & Mrs", if you need a change let me know in the personalization message. I can change it to Mr & Mr, or Mrs & Mrs by request.

Personalization Policy
During your order process, you must enter the name you would like your item personalized with in the personalization field. If for some reason you don't Please make sure to at least add the information in a buyer's note. If you do not enter the personalization information in your order, I cannot make your item. If I do not receive any information for a personalized order, I will reach out to you for the information. If after 2 business days I have still not received the personalization info, I will assume you are no longer interested in the item and your order will be cancelled.
Shipping and Taxes
Items for sale by Thompson Laser Works are made-to-order manufactured in Pennsylvania, USA. Items will be made and shipped within 1-2 business days after all personalization information is received and payment is cleared. Most items I sell will ship via USPS First class mail. Any orders or items with a shipping weight of 1 pound or over will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping will be combined for all orders ordered on the same business day. For example, if you order multiple items from the Thompson Laser Works Store on the same business day, and you pay shipping cost on multiple items in the order,  I will combine all items ordered into the same shipment and refund any overpayment for shipping charges. All shipments will include a tracking number.
All sales tax for transactions are collected and remitted by ebay and not Thompson Laser Works.
Payment Methods
I currently only accept payment methods through and offered by ebay at checkout.
Returns And Refunds
Because most items are personalized or custom made to order items, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. However, if there is a mistake or a quality issue with any product, I will be more than happy to refund or exchange your item with a replacement. Please note that The Customer is responsible for any return shipping for items that are being returned for any reason other than a mistake or quality issue caused by Thompson Laser Works.
