Kit available with French doors or garage. Please select which when ordering. This is the Lisa Painted Lady San Francisco quarter scale dollhouse, This was a project I credit to a customer whom I named it after. Kit comes with 12 rooms. Kit is open on two sides with lots of room for decorating. Kits comes with assembled interior doors that function, decorative windows with Plexiglas, assembled main door with functioning main door, assembled stairs and post, door and window toppers. Kit measures 6.5wide, 14deep and 9" tall.  windows will have Plexiglas with plastic covering to protect from scratches and paint. Remove plastic after painting.
