    This is a very large custom made doll house. I had it professionally made for my daughter more than 30 years ago. It is made of cabinet grade maple plywood. The cost for construction was 0. It is 52 inches long and 30 inches tall. It measures 17 inches wide and 19 inches wide at the roof-line. It is two-story with an attic. A total of 11 rooms, a patio, and a second-story veranda. I set up one room with vintage Renwal furniture as a sample...not included. It is in like new condition, well cared for. This is a one-of-a-kind item that will last a lifetime. Local pick up only.
