    Description

    Hand built dollhouse of mostly wood. The interior wall coverings appear to be mid or late 1970s vintage, as well as the tapered round wooden legs that may or may not have come from a console TV. Some of the electrical fittings may or may not be older, but I don't know. None of the lights worked when I plugged it in. The furnishings are included, but most are of low quality and are not all of the same scale or vintage as the house. The house is structurally sound and was built to last. These small empty rooms still contain many hours of enjoyment as a fix-up project for kids, adults, or hopefully both and it will result in a beautiful, one-of-a-kind handmade antique wooden dollhouse. Steal it at this off-season price.
    It measures 41 inches wide,  36-1/2 inches tall (including the legs), (40" tall with legs and chimney installed).
    The legs by themselves are 9" tall.
    It's about 18-1/2" deep including the house and front porch. It is vintage, heavy and home built. It can be carried by two people. It is for local pickup only in our St. Louis area store. We will help load it in your vehicle.
