The Kratos 69K-769 comes with a reversible cutting board that is removable for cleaning. This 29 inch sandwich prep table has one hinged door which gives you ample storage space for refilling ingredients. One heavy duty epoxy coated shelf is included. This shelf is adjustable, and allows for easy access and minimal maintenance without disrupting airflow throughout the unit.
