All packages that are shipped are shipped with care. We make sure that all items you receive are in condition as promised as in our auction listing. Every game that is shipped, is shipped in a CD sleeve then put into the case (unless noted otherwise "without case") and wrapped in bubble wrap. Every other item is also bubbled wrap and with every package, we protect the inside to prevent any kind of damage during shipment.
