Fully assembled dollhouse with furniture/accessories. LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY.
Up for Auction is an awesome detailed one-of-a-kind custom fully furnished assembled dollhouse on sturdy wheels.
All furniture and accessories are included.

The base is heavy wood.
There are three floors.
Height from floor to peak of roof is 43 inches.  Width is 26 ½ inches.  Depth is 13 ½ inches.
There are 5 attached lanterns on the walls and 1 table lamp. All turn on and off.
The roof is fully shingled on sides and back.
The outside shuttered windows --looking in show actual inside scene.
The pictures figurines are 4 children (2 boys, a girl, and a baby), a man & woman, and 2 dogs & 1 cat.  Included is an extra set of figurines for mixing (see last picture for the extra included figurines).  All figurines are made by Ceramic Arts Studio (CAS) in Madison Wisconsin during the 1940s & 1950s.  Due to WWII embargos, CAS figurines became USA’s number 1 in popularity.  The babies are 2001 ceramic reproductions, but all other figurines are originals in mint condition and valuable on their own.
Baseboard on all 3 floors.  Crown molding on floors 1 & 2.
The toy box in the attic room contains actual vintage
Cracker Jack
toys.
The chimneyed fireplaces on floors 1 & 2 were handmade and very sturdy.
