For sale we offer a new  unique one of  kind leather 3 ring  binder. The outside is covered in a smooth light chocolate  cowhide leather.
The front features a vintage Don Slater old stock Standardbred harness trotter buckle. This buckle was one of the 1st issued by Don Slater in the 60's, ( can tell the age by the chrome housing the ceramic-later buckles were made with brass) and is in used-fair condition with normal wear and scuffs for its 60 + years. Someone loved this buckle and used it a lot...time for its new job

Inside detail is lined with soft brown suede cowhide leather with 2” slant D rings  It measures 11 3/4”  tall x 11 1/2”
