Bostonian Real Good Toys Doll House very rare. This a beautifully built dollhouse with custom staircase, 2 working fireplaces, fancy ceilings, working lighting in every room,  hard wood flooring, carpeting and pretty wallpaper. This house is in great condition. I have lots more pictures, just ask. This is my daughter's house that I finished, she has had it for 6 years. She would like the house to make another little girl happy. She is coming up on driving age and would like to buy a car. Furniture is not included as most of it is 40+ years old from my 1st dollhouse. Of course, it was a child toy so there is a bit of ware but it is still in great condition. This house is 48wx28dx41h. This is a massive house.  I will deliver within 150 miles of 34608 for a few.

The exterior shows off expertly molded porch posts and rails, wooden roof shingles, crested roof and shaped, solid wood moldings along the extended floor edges. A mansard roof provides easy accessibility to the upper floor. Eleven grand rooms feature a 10" floor to ceiling height and moveable room dividers that accept standard doors.

Solidly constructed, this home features engineered precut parts, 3/8" thick upper floors and grooved connectors that are easy to assemble and are guaranteed to fit.
