Calico Critter Cloverleaf Manor Grand Regency Hotel Sylvanian Family Epoch House
In overall good condition. Some scuffs, scratches from use and storage over the years.
Measures approx.: 18" L x 19.5" W x 14.5" H
Details:
Some discoloration (yellowing) around a few of the windows maybe from the sun.
The back of the house, bottom window, 2nd from the right has a small split on one of the window bar frames.- minor and still connected together fine, noticeable when looking close and to touch, but should flatten out if pressed down carefully. Some yellow paint like color underneath several of the window sills. This might come off with cleaning. I wiped the whole house down, but didn't notice this until after I took the pictures that are posted.
Back of the house has a sliding lock above the center lower windows to close it up securely. Some discoloration on the top of the house gray color and interior floors, but minor. Part of the front part of the gray roof has some scuffs as seen in the pic. Some scuffs to the red colored chimney top and decorative dowels on each upper corner.
Windows slide up and down and front door and upper window doors open.
This is a very cute, collectible large hotel/house.
