Authentic Antique Hand Made Architectural Model Cottage

Description

Authentic antique wooden cottage was built by my great grandfather most likely in the early 20th century. It is a detailed model of a wooden cottage, including a flag pole over the front porch, outside staircase, window moldings, tin roof, etc. The structure does not have a floor.
Reasonable offers welcome!
There are some condition issues due to it's age.
