This is the new Ashley kit, dollhouse kit is 48" wide x 24"deep and 53" tall. It is a 4 floor dollhouse with milled siding in 1/4" cabinet grade B/BB Baltic birch. Kit weight is 65 pounds and ships in one box 48x24x8".
This kit come with 11 single non-working windows, three staircases with landing and newel post. 5 working 4 raised panel interior doors, 4 double non-working windows, two working main entry and balcony doors, one double working balcony door, detailed porch, balcony railings, seamless contacting walls, detailed turret and gazebo roofing, gables, roof crest w/ running trim, two octagon peak roof windows, and chimney. This is a huge dream house for anyone in the market.
Requires 6 bags of our asphalt shingles to cover roofing areas. (NOT INCLUDED)
