What a beautiful antique old handmade doll house. I believe this is made of plywood. I don't know what the roof is made off. This has all signs of age. Paint flake chips, stains, some walls & flooring coming off (photo 7 ~ this room has the most damage. I think it might have been the kitchen). The fireplace in photo 5 two pieces of the wood were just loose but I have placed them in position. The one room had a paper picture on the wall but that came off (photo 8). The windows are a brittle plastic and some have damage (photo 11). There is also some old wiring left in the rooms.
Photo 11 of the side, the other side looks just like this one, I just didn't get a photo.
So many lovely old details...the arched hallway, staircase, built in shelf under stairs (photo 4), the little pull down pieces on the shades, the mirror & wire towel rack in the backroom. These pictures look like an actually house instead of a small scale. I just wish I had the place to display it, otherwise I would keep it for myself.
Size ~ 40 1/4" long x 20 1/2" wide (this includes the 2" overhang on the roof) x 32" tall (this includes the 2 1/2" chimney). As for weight I don't know...other than it is heavy and it takes 2 people to move it around.
