Antique Folk art doll house signed J Kline 1907------15635

I have sold doll houses from time to time over the years.   But, my favorite kind of doll house is a folk art hand made wood constructed piece, especially from the turn of the century.  Even better is one made by a father or grandfather for a young girl.  This is what this piece is.  A good size at approximately  24"x15"x24".  All hand constructed and also signed by the maker under the roof.  J Kline 1907.   I've taken several photos as the piece is in good condition but not perfect.  I note one pane of window glass is missing and the porch rail is mostly gone.  Also, note a photo of furniture found inside.  Doubt its of the same age but is included with the purchase.  Email any day (see email address above---I normally check

A word about condition.  Those of you who have
purchased from me before know that I am very picky about condition.
