    Diamond DA42 Twin Star - lightweight multi-purpose aircraft.
    Quadruple twin-engine aircraft for private use.
    The first flight made in 2002. Designed based on Diamond DA40-TDI. The aircraft body is made of carbon composite materials. Has Russian parts (chassis). The first diesel-powered aircraft to fly across the Atlantic (from Canada to Portugal) within 28 hours with an average fuel consumption of 11.2 gallons per hour. The aircraft received a certificate in May 2004. Often used as an air taxi.
