    This is a medium duty Phenolic or Fiberglass machinist vise.
    Approximate measurements are...
    Width 6" Height 2" Depth between jaws 4"
    ( I forgot to write down the distance between the jaws but it was about 4" )
    Distance between rods and screw to top of jaws about 1".
    This vise is made of either phenolic plastic or fiberglass. I can't tell the difference.
    The vise has a 3/4" threaded shaft for mounting on a bench or other flat material.
    With a small amount of welding this could easily be mounted on an iron stand
    or you might figure a way to mount it on your drill press or band saw.
    Other than slight rust on the threaded shaft (easily removed with a wire wheel before reassembly) and a small amount of dirt in and out side the pieces, it is relatively clean and undamaged. (The vice has been dismantled for shipping.)
    I have described and photographed everything I could tell or show you in person with the exception of the maximum distance between the jaws. Be sure you are ok with 4" and you will get a little better, I think. It goes back together by tapping the knurled rod ends back into the appropriate holes and putting the nut and washer back on the threaded rod after it is through the side piece. Really very easy, your 9 year old daughter could probably do it.
    This is a used piece and there is no return, no refund, no do overs and I have no tolerance for mind changers. Don't buy it unless you want it. We will all be happy that way.
