Delivery does not include Lift Gate.
Shipped weight is 178 lbs. Two able bodies should be able lift this off the back of the truck.  If you need lift gate service please advise us.  There is a charge for lift gate delivery.  There is no residential shipping on this item. Commercial addresses only for delivery.

Also, in the unfortunate event that the manufacturer has the item ordered on backorder - we would notify you as soon as we were made aware ( usually with-in 24 hrs. ) in this case we would outline the lead time on when you could expect to receive the item ( rare but could be even 1-4 months ) - this is rare but does happen from time to time and this can be greatly affected by any hard-times the country may be experiencing. Also, if you ordered an item and it was said to be on backorder from the manufacturer, then you always have the opportunity to cancel the sale after being made aware of the situation - so no worries!
