    000-120 Thread Class 1B ?/ 4H Oversized (Typically for plated parts) 3 Flute Plug TiN (Titanium Nitride) Coating American Miniature (to ANSI B18.6.3) Shank 0.060" Made from Hardened High Speed Steel Designed for Production Tapping in Automatic Screw Machines, Tappers, CNC Lathes, and CNC Mills. The coating used TiN (Titanium Nitride) is very thin and smooth, increasing tap performance and tool life. ?In our shop TiN coated taps typically tapped three times the number of holes. Overall length of Tap is 25mm (.984") threaded length (tip to end of thread) 4.0mm (0.160"). Lengths can vary slightly between batches.
